Select from a variety of plans, including all copay plans, traditional copay plans, tiered plans, and deductible and coinsurance. You have all these choices plus the ability to offer your employees up to 4 medical plans, so they can choose what works best for them and their families.

For total health protection, employees want dental and vision benefits – and at Blue Cross NC you can include them with your plan for a seamless experience. We also have disability and life plans available through Mosaic Group that can lower your medical premium.

You get a suite of built-in wellness programs that are designed to keep your employees healthy and productive – from preventive care to personalized nurse support for complex care, as well as virtual care with acute care and mental health counseling.
