With Blue Connect, you can see your deductibles and claims, pay a bill, check your coverage, learn about wellness programs and more.

Registering is easy and only takes a few minutes. You only need to register once to get instant access to all the best features of Blue Connect.

Before you start, have your subscriber or member ID card ready. You'll need it and your Member Code from your member ID card.
No member ID card? No problem. Register for Blue Connect using your phone. Choose phone call or text message to get your authorization code. (Codes expire after 10 minutes.)

Note: You must have an active Blue Cross NC plan to get the authorization code. If you just purchased your plan, it could take up to 48 hours to verify your enrollment.
Be sure to enroll in paperless delivery in the Contact Preferences Center to get all your important health alerts and documents sent straight to your email inbox or phone.
